Patches are a fabulous way to introduce people to your Group, Club, Team, School, Company or Organization. Patches are also amazing fashion to promote your image to the public. Custom embroidered patches offer a high quality and low cost alternative to direct embroidery. Good for Boy’s and Girl’s Scouts, Fire Departments, Police Departments, Military, Biker Clubs, Martial Arts Academy and much more.
Quantity
The minimum order is 100 per design, the more patches you order the less it cost per patch.
Embroidery Coverage
Coverage of embroidery is determined by the percentage of surface area on the custom embroidered patch that is covered by thread. Most patches have 75% embroidery. The higher the percentage of coverage the higher the cost.
Size
We measure our patches based on the following calculation: (Length + Width) / 2.
Simply add together the length and width of your desired patch, then divide that number by two. The result is your patch size.
Backing / Plastic Backing
The plastic backing is a thin coat of plastic added to the back of the patch that seals the threads and helps maintain the new look of the patch for many years.
Backing / Iron-on Backing (Heat Seal Backing)
Iron on backing patches are applied to the garment using the heat of an iron. Once applied the iron-on patches are a permanent application.
